We custom designed and built this covered porch to cover the existing patio. This backyard solution offers shade to enjoy the space on brighter days and offers rain protection. Now, relaxing in the backyard can be done no matter the weather! Adding a roofed structure also keeps furniture protected from the sun, preventing fading, as well as debris.
The shed roof offers a unique design detail that makes the existing patio more enjoyable for these homeowners. The beadboard ceiling with recessed can lighting offers ambiance in the evening and a modern, sleek aesthetic. The porch features Infratech slimline (SL) heaters so it may be enjoyed on chilly evenings. A custom TV mount was installed within the space so the homeowners can watch movies, the big game, and much more in their new protected space. The ceiling fan is also a great feature to keep bugs away during the daytime and adds a refreshing breeze on warmer days.
